PowerWand and its accessories are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase. In the event of malfunction or failure call PowerWand Manufacturing Inc. toll free at 866-841-8823 to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA).

This RMA number and proof of purchase documentation which includes the date of purchase must be included with the packaged PowerWand and/or accessory and shipped to the factory prepaid. Upon verification of the defect covered by the warranty, PowerWand Manufacturing Inc. will, within 30 days after the receipt of the part at its option repair or replace the defective part.

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser at retail and is not transferable. The warranty shall only cover defects arising under normal usage. PowerWand Manufacturing Inc. assumes no responsibility whatsoever from malfunction, failures or defects resulting from the misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, or repairs by other than an authorized PowerWand Service Center. No other warranties, representations or promises as to the quality or performance of PowerWand other than those contained herein are made.

Any applied warranty granted under state/provincial law, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to duration to the express warranty granted hereunder. PowerWand Manufacturing Inc. in no event shall be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states/provinces do not allow limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
